Overton College Fair

  • Overton's College Fair will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 8:00am  - 11:00am in the Gym. Students will be given a white ticket with their name, time they will attend the fair, and my signature. Please distribute these tickets to your students. Those tickets will be distributed to their 7th period teacher. Students will only be able to attend the fair during the time shown on their ticket!

There will be 4 groups total that will rotate through the college fair. The schedule/last names of the students is as follows:

    Last names Addison-Ferguson 7:55-8:40
    Last Names Fitzpatrck-Martin 8:40-9:25
    Last Names Martinez-Tyriq Robinson 9:25-10:10
    Last Names Tyshia Robinson-Young 10:10-10:55

Students will need to leave from your class at the first time and will be dismissed from the gym at the second time given. If a student loses their white ticket between 7th period and tomorrow morning, they will not be able to attend the college fair. Please let them know that.

We will have parking spots blocked off tomorrow morning for the recruiters, please do not park in those spots tomorrow.

Lastly, if a student is not in class to receive their ticket, I will need those back. Please place them in my box or bring them to my office.

Final Transcript Requests 2021

  • Seniors can now request your final transcripts to be sent out. This process will be completed through Ms. Ellis in the records office. The last day to request transcripts will be Wednesday, June 16th.  All requests will be sent electronically. This is the fastest and most efficient way to send and receive transcripts. Ms. Ellis recommends that you request a copy for yourself also. It is very  important to make sure your email address is correct. You will need to use your "personal email" when you complete the request because you will lose access to your SCS email after you graduate on June 16th.
If you absolutely need a transcript mailed or prefer that option, you need to specify that, in detail, in the "special instructions" box and Ms. Ellis will take care of that.
    • Select the link above
    • Select current student
    • You will not see the $0.00 cost until you complete all areas and submit. (You will see a charge when you first start completing the form.)
If you are still applying for admission to a program,  those requests will still go to Mrs. Rivers
