Ms. Merriweather is a dedicated professional teacher of multilingual learners. She began her career in education with the Memphis City Schools System during the 2009-2010 school year as an educational assistant under the leadership of Martha J. Tipton at Bruce Elementary School. Ms. Merriweather has also served as a substitute teacher for the Bartlett Municipal School System as well as Shelby County Schools. She has been a dedicated licensed ESL teacher for more than 10 years.
