College Visits on Campus for Juniors and Seniors

College visits on campus for juniors and seniors, with some explicitly for seniors only, will be announced through the Spartan Communication Announcement team. These announcements will also be posted in the Guidance Office, outside Mr. Waller’s room, and outside the 11th and 12th grade English teachers’ rooms.

To attend a college visit on campus, you must obtain a permission slip from Mrs. Fleming, Mrs. Heaston, Mrs. McClain, or Mr. Waller. The teacher of the class you will miss must sign the permission slip, granting you permission to miss class for the visit. Please note that the teacher has the right to deny your request to attend the college visit. The signed permission slip will serve as your hall pass.

A White Station faculty member will stamp your permission slip at the visit to confirm your attendance. You must return the stamped permission slip to the teacher who will then accurately record your attendance. Additionally, you will sign a legal pad with the college/university name and date for further attendance tracking. All visits will take place in the library unless otherwise specified.
