Dr. P. Fletcher

Dr. P. Fletcher is an Experienced subject matter expert & counselor with advanced skills in Content Writing, Case Management, Conflict Resolution, Curriculum Development, Facilitation, and Crisis Counselling. Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Psychology from University of Louisiana at Monroe, Master's of Education from William Carey University, and a Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Amridge University.

In addition to her experience with professional presentations, Dr. Fletcher has the ability to advocate for students on sensitive issues such as LGBTQ topics. Dr. Fletcher also has the ability to establish a good rapport with her students and families that allows them to open up to her in times of need. As someone well versed in both diversity and ethics, she will show the highest level of ethical concern and care for all of her students and families. She is respected and sought out by both students and staff. She is a great asset to the Lucy Eagle Family.
