Dear Families,

                     Welcome to the start of another school year! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Ms. Bosalet, and I am so excited to be your child’s 1st grade teacher. I will be teaching your child Reading, Language Arts, Science & Social Studies this school year.

I began teaching at Lucy Elementary in 2005.  I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, then became a staff accountant at a firm in California. I attended Texas Women's University graduate program and entered the Alternative Certification program of Dallas Independent School District. After teaching for 5 years in Dallas I continued teaching for 5 years in Greenville Public Schools in Mississippi. Outside of teaching I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and reading.

I am thrilled to be working with a new class and have high hopes for a wonderful year. Parental involvement is very important to the academic success of our students.
