After just 9 months into retirement, my passion for people drove me back into a position to serve. I began my career with MSCS as a SEA and have since transitioned to my current role as GOS. I was born in a small town in Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southwestern State University. I have lived in Memphis for over 30 years. It has become home. Outside the time spent helping our youth excel, I truly cherish the time spent with family and friends.

Hi, I am Patricia (Tricia) Webster and I have been a member of the Idlewild Family for over 14 years. Starting out as a parent, then volunteering, PTO Board member, Teacher’s Assistant, and my current position in the main office as a GOS. I’m the proud mother of three grown children and spend as much time as possible with my friends and family.

Hello, my name is Dottie James. I am a proud graduate of Memphis City Schools. I have been at Idlewild for 33 years. In 1990 I started as GOS in the main office. I became Financial Secretary in May of 2002. I have worked and still work in Aftercare for over 20 plus years. I enjoy working and being with the children. I am not a parent, but I am an auntie which I truly love.
