Mr. Hartsfield earned his Bachelor's of Science and Master's degree at UT Martin.  Mr. Hartsfield is passionate about his work here at Ridgeway High. He has been a member of Ridgeway High School's administration for over 17 years and he "Loves All Things Ridgeway". He stands with this knowledge; "that with hard work and determination you can overcome anything, and accomplish all your goals."
