My name is Haley King, and I am so excited to be joining Idlewild Elementary as a Professional School Counselor! This will be my third year as a counselor, and I absolutely love what I do. I spent my first two years working for a local charter school across multiple grade levels, but elementary is truly where my heart is. I am a born and raised Memphian, earning both my bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in counseling from The University of Memphis. I believe that every student comes to us with unique backgrounds and strengths, all capable and deserving of respect and love. I am looking forward to a great school year as an Idlewild Eagle!
