Campus Clean Up

Idlewild has a long history of beautifing the school grounds. In 1949, Idlewild received the E.H. Crump trophy for the school with the best clean-up record during the City of Memphis’ “Clean-up, Paint-up, Fix-up Week.” Every few months, school stakeholders come together to pick up trash, tend to the gardens, pull weeds, and make repairs to the oustide areas in an event we call Campus Clean Up.
