• Berclair Elementary’s Special Education Team is composed of 4 dedicated members: Ruth Terrell, Venus Camper, Kimberly Plummer, and Ana Marie Neal. This team rocks and rolls, helping our students excel and grow their inner potential into something amazing!  It is our goal to provide the necessary support to help meet our students' goals and provide guidance for their educational needs as well as their future.
