Optional School Transfer Facts
Qualified students can transfer into Peabody's Optional Program when the applicants meet all of Peabody's entrance requirements and space is available. Our program offers International Studies with Enriched Academics. Each grade level is emmersed in an in depth study of five different countries.
Students can apply for the Optional Choice Transfer beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 26th. Applications are processed on a first-come, first served basis, within priority categories, unless there are more applications than spaces available If applications exceed spaces, the first 80 percent are processed on a first come, first served basis, and 20 percent are chosen by lottery.

About Us
We are an International Studies school that empowers students to grow through rigorous instruction and project-based learning. Our students develop global awareness while building a strong foundation for learning.
~Students engage in International Studies-themed projects, field trips, a mid-year carnival, year-end-festival, and they learn a world language, such as Russian.
~Peabody has received I-Ready Math recognition for having the highest aggregate ranking across all categories for our zone.
~Peabody students plant, harvest, and care for our Learning Garden
~ We offer 15 teacher-led after-school clubs that foster positive peer interactions
General Choice Transfer
Students who live within Peaabody's school attendance zone do not have to submit a school choice application. They can simply register when the early registration period opens for the new school year.
Students who live outside of Peabody's attendance zone can submit a General Choice Transfer Application beginning at 10:00 a.m. January 26, 2021. Applications are based on available space in the school and are processed in the order they are received.
