Mrs. Courtney Jolly
Greetings Stinger Family,
My name is Courtney Jolly, and I am thrilled to serve as your Instructional Curriculum Coach for the 2024-25 school year. With 24 years of experience in the TN school district, my journey in education began in 2000 at Martin Primary in Martin, TN. For the past 21 years, I have had the privilege of working at Northaven Elementary in Shelby County. I am most proud to be a wife, mother, and dedicated educator.
Throughout my career, I have recognized the profound impact teachers have on their students and the significance of my role as an educator. My primary goals are always centered on student safety, growth, and achievement. In my current position, I have the opportunity to support teachers with their instructional practices and enhance student learning by closely analyzing student data trends. As the instructional curriculum coach, my responsibilities include acting as an instructional specialist, improving the use of instructional materials, and promoting the development, implementation, and coordination of the school's instructional goals. I will achieve these tasks by regularly collaborating with our faculty, staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to serve and look forward to what the year holds! It is a privilege to work alongside the students, parents, teachers, and community of Northaven. I understand that our work is significant, and I am confident it is achievable. As we embark on this new academic year, please know that I am here to support and serve you in any way I can.
Thank you,
Mrs. Courtney Jolly
