Mrs. Chiquita Bouey

Let me start by saying, “I’m proud to be a part of the Highland Oaks Elementary team.” My journey with the Shelby County School system started in 2023. I’m a native Memphian who graduated from the University of Memphis. My major is in Social Work and my minor is in Sociology. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a case manager for at-risk youth. My passion is working to improve the well-being and safety of children. Fun things for me include family time, travel, sports, and books.  I’m looking forward to an exciting and successful year.
