Germantown High School enjoys a long tradition of excellence in athletics and has been named "Best of the Preps" nineteen times. Teams and individuals have won district, regional, and state championships in football, baseball, tennis, volleyball, bowling, wrestling, cheer, soccer, dance, track and field, and softball. Currently, GHS fields seventeen different sports teams: Baseball, Basketball, Bowling, Cheer, Cross-country, Football, Golf, Softball, Swimming, Tennis, Track and Field, Trap Shooting, Volleyball, Rugby, Soccer, and Wrestling. Our sports programs stress the importance of integrity, honor, and sportsmanship.
