FYI: How can the Secretary, Administrator or Counselor access the disciple and attendance report?

Middle College needs a copy of the actual discipline and attendance report. A summary from Brightbtye is not acceptable. The Administrator, Secretary or Counselor can access these reports by following the instructions below:

    1. In Power School, click "Attendance Info" then print or save to pdf (the first page is sufficient)
    2. In Power School, on the left side under "Administration" click "log entries" and "incidents"; both reports should be printed or save to pdf.  Please note: if the student does not have any behavioral issues, the sheet will be blank.

    REMEMBER

Students/Parents are responsible for sending the Recommendation Form link to your Principal/Administrator or Counselor.
