Greetings,

My name is Mrs. Sonia R. Bolden, and I am excited to be given this opportunity to lead Sheffield Elementary School as principal and instructional leader. It is an honor to serve our school and community. I am originally from Indianola, MS. I earned my bachelor’s and master's degree from Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, MS. I have over nineteen years of experience where I have been given the opportunity to teach 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, and 12th grade. I served as an academic coach, assistant principal, and principal prior to joining Sheffield Elementary School. I look forward to creating even more Panther Pride!!
