Whether you are considering our school for your little one or if you are one of our current RELC families, this page should help you envision what early childhood excellence looks and feels like at the BEST pre-k school within the Memphis-Shelby County School district and all of Shelby County.   

Having been a former pre-k teacher here at RELC from 2009-2015, I know firsthand that the teachers and staff have been committed to providing early childhood excellence for pre-k students and families since the doors opened in August 2009. Our school has a documented history and tradition of excellence, and we strive daily to continue this tradition by providing our pre-k students and families with an early learning experience that will ensure a successful transition to kindergarten. In addition to exceptional teaching and learning experiences from our highly qualified licensed classroom teachers, we host numerous family activities and events throughout the school year that further demonstrate our continued tradition of early childhood excellence and successful learning outcomes. 

As I embark upon my 8th year as principal, I am excited to continue the traditions that have made us who we are and implementing new ideas that will further enhance student learning, family partnerships, and community support. Together we will Lead, Learn, and Leave a Legacy! Looking forward to an awesome 2024-2025 school year!
