Tech Support Update:

Greetings GES Families, 

We have some important updates to share about SCS student digital devices. Starting November 30, 2020, you or your student can contact our school directly for immediate support with student device repairs and/or replacement. We are now your first point of contact for help with your student’s SCS-issued device.  

You can receive help by emailing GermantownESdevicehelp@scsk12.org or by contacting your child’s teacher. We will connect you with our school’s Microsoft Ambassador to help with reporting a device as lost, stolen or damaged, as well as any issues with Microsoft TEAMs or help with resetting a password.
