Greetings Geeter K-8 Family! Want to avoid long lines? Long waits? Registration is open daily from 9am-1pm. If you are a returning parent, and you haven't relocated, you can also call via phone. You can go online to register your scholar for school, at any time! You will be hearing from me every day until we get over 400 students preregistered. See you soon!!!

Greetings GK8 Parents! Attached is our December Newsletter. Thank you to our great Family Engagement Specialist Ms. Moore for this outstanding work! Also, parents please don't forget that it is safer to pick students up in the car rider line as opposed to the gas station. The line moves quickly, and Mr. Lott does an amazing job calling most cars from memory. We are also asking that students no longer bring oil-based products to school, and it gets on the floor and can be hazardous. Also, due to the cold weather conditions set for this Friday, we have postponed our Memphis Zoo field trip.
The field trip will take place next Friday December 13, 2024, as weather conditions are supposed to be warmer. We thank you in advance for your understanding with this matter as we don't want our scholars out in the cold. You will not have to do anything differently as those on the list will remain on the list. Unfortunately, we won't be able to take any additional permission slips or funds as the zoo has already been paid for and tickets picked up. Another reminder will be sent out in a future robocall about the field trips changed date.

Gear Up Registration Day is July 30th, from 9am–3pm and 5pm-6pm. The first day of school is August 5, 2024. Early Registration is happening daily, at Geeter K8 from, 9am–1pm!
