• Graduate with Honors:

     

    Students who score at or above all of the subject area readiness benchmarks on the ACT or equivalent score on the SAT will graduate with honors. The readiness benchmarks are below.
    English 18
    Mathematics 22
    Reading 21
    Science 24

     

    Graduate with Distinction:

     

    Students will graduate with distinction if they earn a B average and complete at least one of the following:
    1. Participate in at least one of the Governor’s Schools
    2. Participate in one of the state’s All State musical organizations
    3. Be selected as a National Merit finalist or semi-finalist
    4. Attain a 31 or higher composite score on the ACT
    5. Attain a score of 3 or higher on at least two AP exams
    6. Successfully complete the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program
    7. Earn 12 or more semester hours of postsecondary credit
    8. Earn a nationally recognized industry certification

    Paper applications are available in the Guidance Office.

     

    Each Senior is allowed one "voucher" to pay for either the ACT or SAT. 
     
    Vouchers are distributed through the Guidance Office. Announcements will be made regarding dates and times during which vouchers can be picked up by students.
