Welcome! My name is Ms. Bengco, and this is my third year teaching Orff Music at Keystone. I attended the University of Memphis where I received my Bachelor degree in Music Education with a concentration in instrumental music. My experience includes working with elementary to high school students in band and choir. My love for music started when I was about 4 years old singing along with Britney Spears. A few years later, I joined band and choir in middle school, and the rest is history! My goal is to share my love for music with my students and to inspire them to continue making music through the rest of their lives whether it be professionally or recreationally. Even as a music teacher, I am a musician/performer first. I continue to participate in community ensembles throughout the year. During the summer, I work at music camps around the Memphis area to continue fostering the love of music in other students. 

A few non-music facts about me:

1. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and especially my 3 cats!

2. My favorite food is pizza.

3. My favorite color is pink.
