Mission
Our mission is to the individual needs of students with a curriculum that promotes research base practices. Students are provided with high quality educational experiences that encourage them to perform at their highest academic abilities. Faculty, Staff, parents and community members collaborate to foster caring and creative environment that emphasize the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each scholar.

Sprouts Dance Team: Provides a healthy outlet and increased opportunities
Strings Orchestra: Develops music appreciation and skill
Girls on the Run: Promotes self-confirdence in young girls
Good News Club: Teaches morals and values
D.A.R.E. Program: Encourages students to stay away from drugs and voilence
Junior Achievement Program: Allows students to practice real-world life skills
STEM Club: Creates critical thinkers, increases science literacy, and enables the next generation of innovators
Art Club: Allows for free expression, experimentation, and creativity
Orff Music: Combines music, movement, drama, and speech into lessons
Sharpe Elementary also provides multiple opportunities throuhgout the year for students to give back to their communities, be recognized for their hard work, celebrate their acheivements, go on educational field trips, and collaborate with community and family members.

Students who live within our school attendance zone do not have to submit a school choice application. They can simply register when the early registration period opens for the new school year.
Students who live outside of the school attendance zone can submit a General Choice Transfer Application. Applications are based on available space in the school and are processed in the order they are received.
