Dr. Frederick White is a proud product of Memphis and Memphis’s public education system.  He is a graduate of White Station High School.  He has received degrees from Southwest Community College, The University of Memphis, Freed Hardeman University and Trevecca Nazarene University.  He believes in every child’s right to receive a free and exceptional education.  It is his belief that we are not defined by where and to whom we are born, but are limited only by their desire and drive. At Bellevue, our race to excellence has no finish line!
