Dr. Breeden is a native of New Market, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History, as well as his Master's Degree, from East Tennessee State University. He earned both his Educational Specialist Degree and Doctorate from Union University. Dr. Breeden believes that all students should be afforded the opportunity to achieve at a high level. He is highly motivated and challenges all stakeholders to invest in our next generation. Dr. Breeden is grateful to have the opportunity to serve the children of White Station Elementary as we strive to meet our Destination 2025 goal.
