Hello! My name is Ms. Wood and I am delighted to work with you this school year. This is my ninth year teaching and my eighth year at Overton. Currently, I teach World History, Honors World History, PreAP World History, and AP World History. I also serve as the Social Studies Department Chair/ILT member and mentor new teachers.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my four (yes, FOUR) dogs, kayaking, and traveling the globe. On school breaks, there is a very solid chance that I am adding new stamps to my passport.
