Meg Bounds serves as the Instructional Facilitator for Grades 3-5 at Richland Elementary.  She has been in the field of Education for 21 years having teaching experience in Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and First Grade.  Mrs. Bounds earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University.  She also earned her Masters of Science in Early Childhood Education, and is currently working towards a second Masters of Science in Leadership both at The University of Memphis.  Mrs. Bounds has been at Richland for the past seven years, and hopes to stay for many more!
