Hello there! My name is Maryanna Hood, and I am teaching 4th grade science and social studies this year at Richland Elementary School! This is my seventh year in the classroom, and I have been teaching in Memphis for my whole career. I got my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education K-6 at the University of North Alabama in 2016, then my Master's degree in Education through Union University in 2017. I am an alumni of the Memphis Teacher Residency Class of 2017, and I love Memphis!
